Here be the thoughts of Matthew P. C. Morley on the topic of JSON-RPC.

Matt (MPCM) is a managing member of the JSON-RPC Group on Google Groups, one of the authors of the JSON-RPC 2.0 specification, and current maintainer of the official specification web sites.

The goal of this site is to:

  • raise awareness of json-rpc
  • document the json-rpc specification as it evolves and people leverage it
  • show practical application of the specification
  • draw attention to projects built on and around json-rpc

Historically, discussion were held on Yahoo Groups.

However over time the community moved to Google Groups, where discussions continue today around the specification, deviations, and best practices.
